LRC has merged the best aspects of the sales app and classic Light Right while maintaining a user-friendly interface. Inmov has been responsive to our requests of customization and had exemplary customer service. This year we were able to manage multiple locations under one roof, with a single salesperson who captured a larger volume of sales than when we employed two salespeople. The time we saved by using LRC allowed our salesperson to be more efficient and responsive to our customers. This feat would not have been possible without LRC.

• Can I migrate from old LightRight to LightRight Cloud?
Yes, the recommended procedure is to complete your 2021/2022 rollover in LightRight Classic and export your database. There is a form that you can request to Priscilla Vega (pvega@thedecorgroup.com) to provide your franchise information and provide your database. It will take 10 business days for us to upload your data and activate your LightRight Cloud license.
• What if I don’t use any system or I use a different system like Quickbooks?
We can still transfer you to LightRight Cloud. You won’t have all the information, but you can have your customers and leads information. We will provide an Excel template that you will populate. You will return it back to us and we will transfer the data into the LightRight Cloud database. The time for the transfer depends on the size of the file. These custom transfers are processed manually so they take longer.
If you are a new franchise and you don’t want to bring any data to your new LightRight Cloud, we can activate your license in three business days.
• Who can use LightRight Cloud?
LightRight Cloud is a suite of solutions. LightRight Cloud is designed for owners, administrators, office staff and design consultants. The new LightRight Cloud sales app is designed for sales representatives and it allows them to work completely offline. The LightRight Cloud Crew App is designed to support the work of Crew leaders and Crew staff. There is something for everyone.
• Can I migrate from the Sales App to LightRight Cloud?
Not directly, but what you can do is to transfer your data to LightRight Classic using the flat file transfer. Complete a rollover process in LightRight Classic and move it to LightRight Cloud.
• Do I still need to use the Sales App if I use LightRight Cloud?
No, LightRight Cloud offers everything that the current sales app offers, plus much more. You can create designs and quotes in LightRight Cloud and share them automatically with your clients. Think of LightRight Cloud as the combination of the LightRight Classic and the Sales app in one cloud based system.
• When is LightRight Cloud available?
LightRight Cloud is available right now. You can contact Priscilla Vega (pvega@thedecorgroup.com) and ask her to send the onboarding form.
